“ I loved their BLT so much I went back 2 more times with my friend and then my husband. The burger was juicy, and the cheese was completely melted on the burger. That is a big deal to me. Typically, it's NEVER melted, which is why I stopped ordering cheese on my burgers. I had the single patty shake burger ( I'm not quite sure of the name). The fries were crispy and good. I had the fries with nothing on them. The cheese ones were kinda not good. There was way too much cheese, and I didn't care for the taste. I would've loved just cheddar cheese sprinkled on top for cheese fries. I also got a BLT to go for later, and 4 hours later, that sandwich held up it wasn't soggy or anything. It was even good cold! And the peach mango drink was good a bit too sweet for me, but good. Dare I say I like it better than IN and Out! ”

However, I was greatly surprised to be greeted with kindness by Marisa who gave me some wonderful suggestions and was very friendly. God bless her and the wonderful service here. “ The food here is amazing, the staff are incredible, and the interior is cozy. I visited on Friday, December 14, 2024, at 3:30 PM with some friends. When we arrived, I placed my order at the kiosk and joined my friends at a table. The food was served in just 10-15 minutes by a very kind staff member. I ordered 1 Black Truffle Burger, 1 Shack Stack, 1 Chicken Shack, 1 Regular Fry, and 1 Creamsicle Float. Every item was cooked and prepared perfectly. The burgers here are outstanding—the patties are packed with flavor and cooked just right. The Creamsicle Float was also delicious and refreshing. The service was just as impressive as the food. Two employees came by at different times to politely ask if my friend wanted a drink refill, and after we finished eating, another staff member offered to take our trash and wrappers for us. Their courtesy and attention to detail made our visit even better. I don’t normally write reviews, but I really wanted to share my great experience here since they just opened. The food was absolutely delicious, and the staff were so kind and thoughtful. I’ll definitely be coming back often and am so excited to have a Shake Shack in Redlands. Thank you for opening here! ”
